All display advertisements should be submitted in a camera ready or PC digital format. Typesetting and layout are available at an additional charge.
A 10% discount will be applied to all advertisments appearing in three consecutive issues without text changes.
All display advertisements should be submitted on disc in MAC or PC format or as camera ready artwork. If submitted on disc, please include fonts and images used in layout. PDF files are acceptable with fonts embedded and images included. Photos should be CMYK with resolution of 350 ppi or grayscale with resolution of 266 ppi. Typesetting and layout are available at additional charge.
Advertisers must supply full postal address, telephone number and e-mail address before advertisements will be accepted (no box numbers).
